Petoskey Ear Nose and Throat Specialists see patients at three locations in northern Michigan. The main office is in Petoskey, with satellite offices in Gaylord and St. Ignace. Regular office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may leave a phone message outside of these hours and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity. Appointments Petoskey Ear Nose and Throat Specialists will see new patients at the request of the patient's primary physician. We encourage all patients to have their physician's office call and arrange their appointment. We ask that new patients bring all insurance cards at the time of their appointment, so that we are able to bill insurance properly and obtain a copy for our records. Failure to bring insurance cards to the appointment may make patients financially responsible for their visit.

Insurances Accepted We participate with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Medicare, Medicaid, NMH Priority Health and many other insurances. We will file insurance claims for services rendered. Patients are responsible for whatever amount their insurance does not cover. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time service is rendered and before any planned surgical procedure. Payment may be made by cash, check, money order or credit card.
