Karen Mitchell, Billing Karen has been in the medical billing field for 23 years. She started her billing career in 1984 at the East Jordan Family Health Center.She worked in a cardiology practice for 7 years before joining Petoskey Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists in 2007.	Karen

Robin Harris, Clerical Assistant Robin joined the practice in November, 2007. She has been in the medical field since 1995. She previously worked at the Charlevoix Area Hospital. More recently she was a scheduler in Northern Michigan Hospital’s surgery department. Robin helps with phones, and scheduling, along with a variety of clerical tasks.	Robin
